Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026

This policy explains how LTC Star handles information in its senior-living directory, provider network, and authorized facility workspaces.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, provider and facility information, family or caregiver inquiries, communications, uploaded files, operational records, subscription information, device data, security logs, and usage information.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate directory and provider features, route inquiries, support authorized facility work, process payments, improve reliability, communicate service notices, and meet legal obligations.

Facility-controlled information

Organizations control information placed in their restricted workspaces and decide which authorized users and service providers may access it. Private facility records are not public-directory content.

Sharing

We share information with authorized organizations and users, service providers that operate the platform, connected services you enable, and authorities when legally required. We do not publish private resident, family, or staff records as directory content.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for operational, contractual, security, and legal needs and delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Your choices

You may update account information, manage communications, request access or deletion where applicable, and contact the controlling organization about facility-managed records.

Cookies and children

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. LTC Star is not directed to children acting independently.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy and will post the effective date. Privacy questions may be submitted through the LTC Star contact channel.
